Infohio.org  Portal to Ohio Department of Education Resources.  Ask your student for the user name and password to use encyclopedias and other resources available to Ohio students and parents only.

Starfall.com This is an excellent early reading site.

Open Office.org  Free Office type software.  We use this on many of our student computers.  You can write, do spreadsheets, make graphs, produce presentations, etc.

When the computers are slowing down or having trouble, more often than not it is spy ware. This usually can fix it.  If it is really bad you may have to go into safe mode to use it.
